• Due to varying weights and destinations, shipping for coats jackets and sweaters will be calculated.

• International orders will have the choice of 2 shipping options – First Class International (which takes a bit longer, but is more economical) or Priority Mail International (which is faster by comparison but also adds to the price).

The Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival has been an annual event since 1960 – principally due to the fact that Breaux Bridge was named the “Crawfish Capital of the World” in 1959. If you need a fix of ragin’ Cajun, this even is held in the first week of May every year! Visit the Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival official site: http://www.bbcrawfest.com.

One might call this shirt a “grin getter”, but you might also get a few disgusted looks. Be prepared for a few lectures on taste and modesty, mixed with some good laughs. Who couldn’t love a double meaning?

The Firm

Not surprisingly, The Firm sounds like a 1970′s classic rock supergroup coping with the mid-eighties. If you listen to any of Gary Moore’s work during this period, you will know exactly what I mean. Though their work didn’t define an era, The Firm was definitely “present” though not for very long. Jimmy Page’s tenure in Led Zeppelin was surely the main draw, but mainly because Paul Rodgers’ work in the bands Free and to a lesser extent Bad Company aren’t as well known.

This classic jersey features front and back prints, complete with band portraits on the front and tour dates on the back. Super soft like killer vintage should be – you can check this out in the store by clicking the pictures.

The Who

The first of many “farewell” or “final” tours, the 1982 tour was the band’s last with Kenny Jones (Jones had taken Keith Moon’s spot after his death in 1978). Many opinions exist about post-Moon Who – but to see live, the band that recorded Live at Leeds – is a treat regardless.

This jersey hosts one of my favorite designs. The front print features artwork spanning three albums (1969′s Tommy, 1971′s Who’s Next, and Keith Moon’s chair from 1978′s Who Are You). The chair in which Keith Moon sits has the phrase “Not to be taken away” on the back. Keith Moon passed away just short of the weeks after “Who Are You” was released. The back print is the cover art from It’s Hard released in 1982.

To find this in a blue / black two tone is a rarity – the shirts from this tour that I have seen previously have been white / black. You can check this out in the store by clicking the pictures.

Deep Purple

Deep Purple really doesn’t need any introduction. Okay, so The Who didn’t either, but I already wrote the dang thing, so there it sits. Smoke on the Water – that’s Deep Purple. Highway Star (ever so present on the Dazed and Confused movie soundtrack) also Deep Purple. Some might say that Led zeppelin, Black Sabbath and Deep Purple are the quintessential band trio that hold the anchor roots of heavy metal. Of course, this is debatable – but be often prepared to fight to the death when making your points with some opponents.

Deep Purple changed personnel so many times over their history that one might possibly say they invented the concept of “changing personnel.” The group has hosted such talents as Ritchie Blackmore (who went on to form Rainbow with Dio), David Coverdale (of Whitesnake fame), Joe Satriani (filling in for Blackmore on a single tour), Ian Gillan, and Tommy Bolin.

Heavily loved (and really beat up) this Deep Purple shirt has seen some years. Faded with spots and holes – it has some life left and might even be ready for framing (if you ask it really nice). I’m sure there are better samples out there but if you want an old school shirt, loved to death and back, then this if for you! You really shouldn’t judge a man by his toys. Unless you’ve walked a mile in his shoes. In which case he’s probably pissed that you stole his old school Adidas. Shame on you.

This fine shirt is one of those eighties gems that puts a nice graphic to an old saying. You know, “I’m so broke – I can’t afford to pay attention” or “Some do, some don’t – I might” or even “Shit happens” if you can think of any more good old sayings, feel free to put them in the comment box below! I kinda miss seeing Grandpa’s wisdom blazoned across a t-shirt – and with everyone saying that common sense just isn’t that common, I can see why we don’t see stuff like this too much these days. Its a crying shame because I have always liked shirts with spunk and personality.
